A review...

Salam wbt... Esp to people at home..

Sorry sebab lama tak update.. life has been busy... and ade OSCE coming in about 2 weeks time..

So, I think I should write about my experience flying with AAX... Because I just want everybody at home to know.. :)

Well, alhamdulillah the flight was overall fine.. Mama was right, I got the female pilot.. tehee....

Start with LCCT... Mmg la tak mcm klia after security tu.. I went to buy water la kan.. but seriously mahal as expected but only got the 500ml bottle.. kalo kat klia, ade guardian and they have the 750ml bottle.. hehe.. And I do drink a lot of water when I'm travelling because dehydration gives me headache and makes me tired..

I just bought one bottle and boarded the plane.. We were allowed one hand luggage, a laptop bag and a handbag.. but I think stanstead has different rules...

The flight was alright.. but after have been flying with MAS for more than 3 years, I do admit that I might be a bit bias.. The take off was not as smooth nor the landing.. u can feel that u have to hold yourself to the seat.. Not only me. ade org lain yg mcm screaming sket..

After they took off, we just settled down.. and I was a bit surprised to the fact that the seat was alright.. quite comfortable.. and got an empty seat next to me.. Alhamdulillah.. 80% of the time bile travel blk msia or UK mesti dpt seat sblh kosong.. hehe... And then they served the food la.. And since abah asked for malaysian meal, I got 'nasi ayam' for my supper.. the portion is tiny.. smaller than MAS' nye.. with a 300ml bottle of mineral water.. And it was literally nasi with ayam.. that's it.. mmg tak de ape2 dgn nasik tu.. just ayam seketul.. haha.. ok la.. calo compare ngan mas pun dpt puding, bread, salad sume tu... hehe... and of course juices all the time, water and tea..

And then, I slept la kot for about a few hours.. since tak de ape nak buat.. ble bgn, main laptop kejap.. tgk ER kat laptop... and dah mula lapar2 sket.. salu kalo naik mas dpt la snack pack yg tak seberapa tu.. but kalo naik MAS i wouldnt be as hungry because the previous meal would have been enough.. luckily MAMA baked the cake the night before... It was a good idea.. because I was soo hungry, had 2 at one go and some of Angah's chocs from US... And I was restricting myself from drinking the water takut abis.. hehe..

Then came the 2nd meal about 2 hours before landing... Nasik lemak.. small portion but quite nice kalo nak compare ngan nasik ayam tu... And time tu air minum dah abis.. including the 300ml yg diaorg bg.. haha... and checked my purse and tgk2 tak de duit kecik utk RM melainkan beberapa RM50s... So, pk byk2 kali jugak la.. Stupid betul rasa tak mintak duit kecik kat mama or abah before masuk..

After about half an hour of thinking, I decided to buy the water... 300ml for RM3... imagine that... tp, terpaksa nye pasal.. dlm hati pikir, kalo dah land leh la beli kat wh smith ke boots ke.. and i can get a bigger bottle for cheaper price.. but i gave in.. so, beli je la...

So, itu cerita pasal makan minum la.. hahaha... obviously tu antara benda penting kalo travel kot.. haha... in terms of toilet... hurm.. teruk gak... because not sure whether they did clean in when were flying.. lol.. kalo mas salu la nmpk cabin crew pegi cuci and lap2.. ni mmg 2 kali pegi, makin teruk.. the hand towels tak ditambah and it was quite dirty the 2nd time I went.. so, that's a bit yg tak disukai la.. hehe....

In terms of travelling from stanstead to cardiff.. first of all I hate buses... but that's the only way for me to travel.. So, an hour and 45 mins to victoria and then another 3 hours + to cardiff from victoria was tiring.. Selalunya g heathrow naik trains kan and it was nice and relaxing... But, I did manage the journey alright.. tak muntah or pening.. kat msia ok je naik bas maraliner sume tu.. kat sini mcm susah sket.. salu rasa pening and nak muntah.. maybe sbb seat dia sempit (4 seater tu kan) and it's usually quite warm.. So, ble panas2 dlm bus mula la rasa tak sehat...

Hurm.. I don't know what else to write.. I am actually dekat library Royal Gwent Hospital.. and it's 5pm now.. staying late because ade clinic kul 5.30pm smpai kul 8 pm... So, decided to blog instead of revising... :))))

I do have some photos on my bb from AAX.. just the food.. sbb camera bengong and abis battery... so tak leh amik gmbr sgt....

In conclusion.. Kalo MAS I can give up to 8/10.... AAX nak bg 6/10 la kot.. Still more than 50% kan ??? So, will I fly with AAX again ?? My answer is YES.. because if that is a cheaper way for me to go home to be with my family, WHY NOT ?? I don't want to be a burden to my parents and insyaAllah they'll come to my graduation in July 2012.. So, we need to save up !!! aren't we ??? Kalo fly ngan AAX again, I will bring more snacks/food and water obviously !!!!
