Special K....

Salam wbt..

It's been quite a busy term... Just got another coursework.... 2000 words... Plus 6000 for Oncology... SO, ade 8000 words nak kena goreng....

Anyway... We started a new challenge... Special K diet/plan... Bleh sign up for free kat special K nye website... My housemate and I started this challenge... And tgk plan ni berjaya ke tak... Basically kononnye kalo ikut 2 weeks plan ni, leh berjaya la turunkan berat...Byk la org kata this plan works... My housemate nak g Halfway Ball in 2 weeks time... So, it's the best time to start the diet la konon... But let's see who can make it to the end....

Tak susah pun... Basically 2 meals makan cereal (Special K)... Breakfast and either lunch/dinner... And one main meal leh la mkn makanan biasa... Since tgh placement kan... So, main meal lunch la... Plus dpt free lunch vouchers kat hosp... So, tak yah masak 2 minggu... Kalo nak senang, mkn sandwich je.... And plan tu jugak suggested that only fruits are allowed for snacks... Or special K cereal bar...

Hurm... Let's start counting and see who wins this challenge.... Hahaha.. Dont get me wrong ok... I'm not super duper fat yg tgh desprate nak kuruskan badan.... But trying this just for fun... And sape yg tau ahli2 rumah ni, will know why i'm challenging my housemate....

I think i'll win... haha

p/s : Angah... our gym dah refurbished last winter hols.. Best gle... I think mcm gym korang kot.. Leh tgk TV, dgr radio sume tu... coolio.... So, pi gym tgk Gilmore Girls... hahaha...
